Hi All,

I am looking at a couple of RRS and not sure how to tell the modle year and what the differences in the MY are.
The ones I have looked at have the rotary gear change and the 4ed system is buttons, not knob.
I had a 2013 MY2013 Jaguar XF and loved things like the touch screen and the indicator and wiper stalks and wondering if these are the same?
What other things are different?

Biggest difference is MY12/13 are the old shape for starters and MY14 is the new shape

Not sure there's much between 12-13 but 14 is totally different and will cost you lot more to buy

I guessed the MY14 was the total different shape, looks more like the Evoke shape?
I noticed from Topix that some 2013 ish vehicles have the Jaguar style indicator switches and can adjust LED mood lighting and the other you carnt? what distinguishes these models?

in the advert for the car it stated "waterfall ambience lighting" whats this mean?

Waterfall lighting was in the pre 2014MY and is a "spotlight" that shines into the area of the centre console where the socket for the cigarette lighter is ............ 2005's forerunner to mood lighting! It was hardly noticeable until you put hand close up under the rear view mirror and could see the beam on your hand! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

What do you guys think, good options or standard or missing options?

3 things stand out - the RRS is now debadged & belongs to the EXCLUSIVE gang - secondly the warranty will be out March next year ( unless I misread the advert ) & the alloys are 22in Hawke which may void any claims anyway all approved used RRS come with 2 years warranty & the original lettering. I park by there premises on a match day at BCFC the Sports all look well polished & very pretty - but the proof is in the pudding

If i am honest - yes - I look weekly for a Black / Grey RRS lower mileage than mine - ebony headliner - sunroof with surround camera & rear dvd's everything I wish I had in mine ( I've been looking 12 months ) I am prepared to travel but I am still waiting

How long is a piece of string ? You will get other opinions but unless EXCLUSIVE are willing to match or beat the approved offers then I would wait
