My rear view mirror seems to have a small lens on the front of it , can anyone tell me what this is for please I only have a rear view camera many thanks Inadvance.

I would think its a sensor for cars that have high beam assist. Mine has the same but doesn't have the option of assist. I believe all Autobiographys had this as standard equipment. Its really good on my L494 - not sure on the older models though.
