I had a seized nearside rear the same as you, took it off thinking I'd be able to unstick it but nah she was to far gone, save the the heartache and get a new one. 2007 RRS 2.7 HSE - Java Black |

Are the calipers the same across the range or is there a difference between the models?

Yes, the UK driver's side is "right". They name the sides as if sitting in the car looking forward. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

The rear is sticking quite bad and I can't get the car into the garage til next week. The brake pad is smoking now because of the heat. Should I avoid driving or will it be ok? I'm guessing the pad will be screwed by the time the caliper is replaced? 2006 HSE for Sale - £7,499 (Manchester)
