Wiper blades not operating after washer jets used

Hi,

I have just joined the site and i am have problems with my RRS 2008 TDV8 washer jets and wipers.

Individually the washers and the wipers work perfectly. However the wipers do not start automatically after i have used the washer jets. I know there are suppose to as they have done it twice in the 6 months i have owned the car, but not since.

I am guessing it is a relay playing up somewhere.

Has anyone had this issue that can offer some advice please?

Hi and welcome, I no this might seem a stupid reply but have you tried holding the button in for a few seconds longer as mine does the same with only a short press, Thumbs Up 2007, HSE, Cairnes Blue, Factory tints, Love it !!!

Thanks for the welcome and quick reply.

Yeah have tried it for longer but still no joy.

I have looked through all of the fuses but cannot find one that directly relates to just this function.
