Evening,

This is a slightly strange post as i don't own a RRS although would very much like to after spending a weekend in a Black Edition recently! However i am in possession of some RRS leather seats which are being fitted into my VW T5 Transporter up front.

The seats are pretty good condition however i would like to purchase a new trim kit/set to fit as the drivers seat has discoloured after the previous owner tried to use the re-colouring dye kit to 'rejuvinate' it - sadly it turned blue!!!

Anyway i wondered if anyone could point me in the direction of a supplier/trader/seller that sells the actual leather trims which would allow me to unpick the existing coverings and replace with new. I have seen a company called Seat Surgeons who look to have some lovely work on their website but no prices, also a couple of sets available second hand on eBay.

If anyone could give me any advice i would be very grateful.

This doesn't entirely answer your question, but I've used a company called Polyfacto in Hailsham for re-covering / re-upholstering. They were very high quality - and surprisingly good value (I thought). It may be worth enquiring with your local company - you might be pleasantly surprised!

I have actually just got back from picking the interior up and to be fair it's not as bad as I thought, found a company called Furniture Clinic that does leather restoration/re-dying so going to give them a ring as well.

Have a look on eBay, usually the likes of Kahn or Overfinch offload full new interior sets for a few hundred quid, the ones they take off when they do upgrades to quilted leather.

Thanks for that, I have seen a couple and a company called LRI Solutions seems to have some too, there is a Kahn one on there now but a bit rich for me as its one of their sets with quilting etc!

So here they are, as I said above better than I anticipated and I think a re-due might do the trick. I really like the Ivory colour as the van is black so would be a lovely contrast.

Just saw your photos, the Kahn ones will be from a 2010 onwards conversation, not sure they would fit the older style seats MY10 TDV6 SE (debadged ), Santorini Black, Flappy paddles, Privacy Glass, 20" Stormers, Mudflaps!

I am not sure the actual shape changed at all, you would have to check that, maybe someone on here could advise
