Pilkington Optikool is the correct glass. I didn't realise you could get it with the LR badge on it except when first off the line.

At least you're not getting trouble getting a Pilkington; many have struggled to be provided with that and your experience is sounding very familiar |

Why did you go to LR insurance in the first place? 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

I went because they claim to fit genuine parts and I thought I would get a better service |

Definately write a letter of complaint to your insurer highlighting the issue....there is a very long weary tale about my incredibly recent issues trying to get a screen for my D3 G4 on the Disco 3 forum which I won't bore you with but it involved Autoglass and their total lack of customer service....I've been waiting over a month now and a couple of failed appointments whereby AG turn up and try and fit cheap |

I've contacted LRCS, LR Insurance CS and Autoglass CS but not holding out much hope of them being interested. All I ever seem to get now is a standard reply "sorry for the inconvenience" and similar problems next time |
