[SOLD] Paddle shifters

I have a pair of paddle Shifters for a Range Rover Sport Disco etc. They have the + and - on each one which are illuminated when the lights are on.

How easy is it to change to the Noble or red Alu shifters? Is it DIY... Looks like there is only one fixing.
