New Tyres fitted tomorrow

Hi I am having new front tyres fitted tomorrow and the current fronts are going on the back, this means that the car is going to be completely jacked up and off the ground. I've heard various rumours about abs and suspension being affected by it being off all wheels, any advice on whether this is the case or not?

Basically us it safe to do this?
Cheers

Should be no problem at all unless there is already an unknown issue lurking. Cycle the suspension through a height change to ensure it re-levels correctly. It often goes in to extended mode but asking it to go down to normal height (preferably whilst moving at walking pace) should see it settle happily. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
