How do I open the OBD cover?

Oh my god.....can't believe I'm asking this but I just don't want to break anything!!

The cover under the steering wheel that accesses the fuses and OBD port, is there a knack of getting it open without breaking the catch?
I've flipped the catch but I can't see what to release to make it free.

I've looked in the manual and can find every fuse box but that one!
