Intake manifold plenum chamber removal on TDV8

Hi,
Anyone got the workshop manual instructions for removing the intake manifold plenum chamber on a 2007 TDV8 ? As I am going to change LH & RH EGR valves ( I have the instructions for these ).

Cheers EGR valves done but I broke a fitting on the fuel rail spill return line on the fuel cooler Big Cry

Oh well will need to order new pipes on Monday and then build it back up.
