| SRE Member Since: 16 Jan 2010 Location: Alicante Prov Spain + Hampshire UK Posts: 2329    | As I understand it some 07/08 MY cars may be running old historic engine software, hence they can get away with just blanking the EGR valves, however if your car is serviced properly then the dealer should have updated/flashed the ECU's to the latest level. In Spain - 2018 F Pace - Frightened away from the Sports due to crank failures

| Gaz Member Since: 19 Oct 2013 Location: Bristol Posts: 246      | I've only gone and found a specialist that offers a service of installing the blanking plates and carrying out a re-map to improve efficiency, power and tells the ECU to ignore the EGR data!!
