Hi all. Recently bought new discs and pads for my sport from auto post.ltd through eBay, items turned up as promised and were correct for the car having had them fitted my brakes now squeal and I am unable to stop this I have spoken to the company about this issue they told me they would sent another set do pads out to replace these ones I waited three days for this to happen but no sign of pads I rung the company today to be told that I had to purchase a new set at 35 pounds and when I return the first set of pads I will get a percentage of my cash back how disappointing is this, I chose a quality set of pads and discs (mintex) word of warning if you buy from this company buyer beware.

did you copper slip the back of the pads prior to fitting, this helps a lot

Hi Monty 19 I have removed the brake calipers and had them on a wire wheel to remove any build up of rust or corrosion I have fitted new brake shims and lot of copper grease. but still can not stop the brakes from squealing I will go and get a different make of pads and fit them and see how they go But not from the suppler I got the first ones from

Mintex pads usually quite good, doesn't mention the brand of Disc they supply Sophie Alltoft
