| drdelrrs Member Since: 02 Nov 2010 Location: UK Posts: 1163      | ^^^ Yep the sump-plug was £3.07 !! Cheap compared to the other bits - Fuel filter at £44. Pollen filter at £37, Ait filter £22 and oil filet at £12.

I sent a reminder on Monday and the 'Service' rep said he was going to talk to the Technician. Must be a long way to the workshop from the 'service' desk or its a very complex conversation. The email didn't apologise for washing the car even though I'd instructed them not to valet it.
