Autobiography wheels

After a bit of advice, Our Rangie wheels have started to flake off paint which we've put down to a very poor refurb by the dealers.

We took it to get a quote as in fairness the dealer have agreed to foot the bill.

The wheel guy said they should be diamond cut and have been painted over.

Now are these style of wheels diamond cut or painted? Or are there variations ? :?
