Like swap the badge on the steering wheel for a new one as its green. All other badges are black and silver. How the hell do I take out the badge? Any one know?

 hasnt returned "i will bank transfer it back to you as I dont keep the cash on the premises"  I have the original reciept too. I am hoping a strongly worded solicitors letter and then small claims will do the trick I arent going to mess about with this one too long.
