United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 SE Zermatt Silver
sat nav in se

Hi Everyone , new here so hope i have posted in right section
I have just purchased a 2005 RRS S E and wondered is it possible to fit a sat nav unit to upgrade to the same one in the HSE as there seems one or two available on Ebay. Is this something that needs to be done at the dealership or is it something a competent auto electrician could do ? Thanks in advance. Confused

Just fit an aftermarket system. The LR sat nav is outdated and.the latest maps are only 2011/2012.

A few members have replaced the LR nav with a iPad/Android tablet set up. Perhaps this is something you could look at? 2014 L405 SDV8 RR Autobiography Cool

Jas............I think this IS the way I'll go with this now. Been speaking to a guy about it today. I think an Ipad/tablet will offer WAY more options.
Do you know of anybody who's done it???? I'd be interested to see pictures of the finished results if they've built them in.

Thanks dude,

Mike
