Voltage set up for Blackvue Power Magic

Help needed please - I have tried to find the answer but I am looking to reconfigure the voltage settings on the Power Magic on my Blackvue - there is 4 options : 11.6v / 11.8v / 22.8v / 23.3v - anybody got any ideas ? Basically what's needed to turn the RRS over ( I think that's what I need )

has to be 11.8v for what you want.

That covers all I need to know - whats your recording time set at ? - I suppose it doesn't matter if the voltage sensor is working well.
