Reversing bulb query...

Guys,

Does anyone know if the reversing bulbs on a RRS need to be error free if changed to led's?
Will the reversing lights throw a dashboard error?

Hi, no the reversing lights are not connected to the CAN BUS so you don't need LEDs with a resistor incorporated (or 'error free' as some vendors call them). 2008 MY Java Black TDV8 HSE

I kinda thought that but wanted to check.
The 2010 rear led light cluster upgrade still has ordinary bulbs for the reversing and fog lights I think.
