No sound from rear dvd screen

My sport has got some aftermarket screens fitted (necvox I think) I can't get any sound from the headphones.

The LEDs come on the headphones to show they have power but no sound?

Any advice on how I start fault finding???

I have no manuals for any of the equipment...
