I'll be upfront straight away, I haven't read every single post, just sort've skimmed and browsed as you do.

Personally, I couldn't care where some one bought anything to upgrade, or freshen up their cars.

With members like Peachy and tanloverluke, who've spent their time, effort, hardwork and considerable amounts of hard earned cash, all I can say is thank you and good luck, if only I was half as dedicated my sport would look half as good.
As far as people wanting to know where, how much , who done it etc etc remember the world of car modification is unbelieveably secret, and when someone shows "their" improvements it's a bloody cheek to expect them to tell all.

As for adding quotes and trolling about and whining and moaning, honestly I just don't have the time nor can I be arsed, and I believe this site hasn't had this sort of post chains, which is usually the first thing to make members leave.

For as long as I've been a member which isn't that long, this forum has been a first class resource, interesting and saved me money, surely that's what it's all about really?

Apology accepted - I too may have over reacted & apologise to Mark & the other forum members - but I honestly do not have a link to the tailgate mod. On Monday I meet up with a guy from Birmingham - he showed me his tailgate modification - it was done with genuine parts from Landrover - he charges circa £600 for the work & the removal of the tailgate button which also includes painting. I have a copy of the parts brochure that form the tailgate upper trim on the newer models - this shows parts needed & a price. I can email it on to any body that would like the numbers & costs. I have toyed with the idea of ordering the genuine parts & having a go at making it fit. I work for JLR & have access to a lot of the 13MY RRS ( company cars). I have seen the mod but it was not that tidy with out being disrespectful certainly not something I would do to my RRS.
I again stick by what I said - I did find the original pic on EBay the night I posted it on here

Thank you Peachy.

I was hoping their was a cheaper option than doing the whole tailgate upper above the chrome trim, the lower Portion of the tailgate that is below the Chrome trim.

I like tanloverlukes aftermarket chrome trim that is engineered to fit 2006-2012 Sports. I apologize again to both of you, I really want that aftermarket trim t that fits our older models.
