2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Nara Bronze

After 7 1/2 years it had to happen.

I've had my sport since new in 2006 and this morning it suffered it's first breakdown.
When it was new it had the usual problems with sensors and bushes but until now has never let me down.

My wife was driving normally and all of a sudden there was a bang, she couldn't tell where from, and the car went into limp mode. There are no warning lights on the dash and the engine is smooth at tickover but under power it kicks out loads of brown smoke. I'm thinking EGR valve or turbo.

Any ideas? 2014 Nara Bronze SDV6

2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Cairns Blue

Sounds more like its blown off or split an induction pipe. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱
Lots of other toys in the cupboard...😜

I hope that it is a simple fix

For us new owners it is good to know that it is the first fault in 7.5 years. Makes a change from all of the horror stories that some would have you believe is the norm for this marque

Good news, it was just a pipe come off. I should have thought of that myself!
