Radio stuck on phone mode

Hi I have a problem with my 2006 range rover sport the radio is stuck on phone mode all the time the sat nav works just no radio or CD player working was wondering has anyone else came across this problem thanks

Thanks for that flack is it safe enough to do a hard reset I don't want to blow anything and is there any way to bypass the phone as I never use it thanks

No the hard reset will not alter any settings apart from your clock. The only way to bypass the bluetooth would be to fit a fibre optic loop in the most cable to bypass the bluetooth module.
