Have you talked to a paint shop about the black respray and how durable it will be as it must be very susceptible to stone chips? |

Yup better with the factory black plastic than respray i would have thought , with them that low and at that angle they may take a hammering , mind you saying that the new flex paint they are using does seem quite good on lower trims 2014 5.0SC AB

it might be cost effective to buy two black guards from a stealer. |

Got my car and had them vinyl wrapped at the weekend! Thought it was the safest, reversible and most durable option...

That looks good, but I am confused. How did you manage to get a black grill, front fog surrounds and rear trim on an HSE? |

If it is not a rude question how much did it all cost? |

Very interesting, that sounds like a sensible option to a Dynamic if all the high speed trickery is not needed. |

To be honest - The car drives superbly (especially compared to my old car).

I'm getting on a bit, so the time is rapidly approaching for something softer and more spacious than my DB9. Making like a boy racer in a largish 4X4 is not a priority. I quite like the silver grille so an HSE with black guards would suit me fine, minus bonnet vents if possible. I am still not totally sold on the RRS as I won't be towing anything or to going off road and I would be more comfortable with less bling. I am still considering an XJ or Audi A8 as we drive to see our family near Munich several times a year. |

Glad you described what that was on the kitchen table. I thought it was an old bin liner. |
