2013 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Aintree Green

Auto headlamp dip missing

I am a new member and first time posting. I have a 2011 rrs and I can't find out how to turn on the auto dip feature on the headlamps. I don't have the option in the mode button on the steering wheel. Do I have to have it enabled at a dealers? Anyone got any ideas
