Anyone had trouble with their radio reception recently

For the past week or so I've had my radio signal cutout for a few seconds every 5-10 minutes or so, its happening on every station and waveband and also DAB.

I've turned off all the RDS and AF settings etc but it still does it, its driving me mad

Not sure if its the signal or my reception, anyone else had similar problems  2019 BMW X3 2.0i M Sport in metalic black- Brilliant
