Be thankful the electric shock didn't make you fall off of the ladder. 30ft is a long way to fall!

As for bills coming at the same time - I just had VED, insurance and a service all in the same month. Thick end of £1500...! 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

hahah yeah i was quite thank full for that as i grasped the ladder like a madman (will say i had ladder tied off & was clipped onto ladder learned to do that the hard way a few times Whistle ), would have been a proper stunt man type fall as well as the garden table would have broke me fall , would have looked like an extra from the fall guy ha Rolling with laughter

ouch nice set of bills there Big Cry , service next month for me, thankfully all my work done i only pay for parts due to me old man and bro been mechanics so suppose i should be grateful for small mercies only the dead truely know peace,

My turn to rant.......
Had warrantee claim turned down on torque converter problem due to.....non genuine make and size wheels fitted to the car. So according to LR's third party used car warrantee company, if I had LR 22's or Overfinch I would be fine but Khan wheels is a no (don't start Ady! Whistle )
So I have ordered oil filter and pump as 2/5 price of torque converter and yet again going to have to do battle with LR admin. It just gets more and more boring.

Rant over and it feels good Bow down 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱
Lots of other toys in the cupboard...😜

Did LR ever fit or approve 22in wheels on the FFRR? I thought they only went up to 20in as with the RRS. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

simple do you know anyone who could borrow you some lr 22 or overfinch could be worth fitting them and then going to a diff dealers. worth a try

or just ask to speak to the manager in his office , go in after about 2 min run out screaming declaring that he tried to to your gentlemans area and your not that way inclined. and watch how quickly they offer to fix your car haha

but i agree cant beat a good rant the only thing that beats a rant is shooting or blowing things up only the dead truely know peace,

Even after siezed engine and all the rest, I managed to resist the temptation to blow things up or set fire to things but patience and self control can only run so long Rolling with laughter

There is an option of older 22" genuine wheels but where not supplied with cars but after market I believe, it makes little odds and even though have original 19's, splattered all across the paperwork is "nul and void". So even if car went to another dealer, the alarm has already sounded.
I spoke to Overfinch and they confirm they don't modify anything to fit 22" wheels and their products don't affect manufactutrer's warrantee. So it seems it is solely used car cover 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀

If you were going to the trouble of boring set of wheels why wouldn't you just fit a standard set of LR 19" alloys and then call in at another dealer Thumbs Up

Yet another good reason not to fit 22 inch wheels on RRSs... 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
