I ordered one of the cameras listed before, just as a test really.
I've also just taken delivery of a couple of gvif and cameras from hids4u.

Comparing the quality side by side, the hids4u ones produce a much clearer image, cleaner colours as well when compared to the cheap ones. I won't begrudge anyone buying these but I won't be buying anymore of the cheap ones.

Thats interesting to hear Bodsy, is it an easy change further down the line About to get into a sport

relatively easy to change the camera, but on a RRS, I hard wire them in as there's not much space in the upper tailgate for the power and video connectors, so I solder and seal the connections instead. Bodsys Brake Bible

Does the external video out from the gvif exactly replicate the front screen or does it only output the additional av stuff fed into the gvif box please as in non factory reverse cam, av1,2 etc?? So if I watched factory tv on front screen would that appear at the video out from the gvif in other words?
