In response to your serious question, I honestly don't know.
I suppose it should do no harm, but I'm a firm believer in just using the fuel from the pump. With filters, sensors and other gubbins in cars, Ii see little need to mess around with the fuel to be honest, especially when oil companies spend million on fuel development. I've tried it... and it didn't do any harm...

One could argue it's quieter and produces less smoke, but it's not a scientific observation.
