 Don't discount it too quickly it is in two places so unlikely but... When I had a demo out and closed the bonnet I thought I had put a dent in it. I was pressing down in the middle and it felt so soft and gave in so much I nearly had a heartattack!! I was just using the same force I use on my Saab....but maybe they are built more solidly!!! I can imagine if someone came too close to your bonnet they could a lot of damage with little effort. Blame it on the EU....safety regulations!
