 Now we have removed the phone/phone setting as potential fault then money's on the mic. You need to go into the secret menu to test it - but actually using voice control or recoring a voice memo will show if the mics working more quickly than the secret menu  Mike 2014 Facelift Discovery | ||

 My point was to eliminate the phone as a problem first - its a 10 second test to check the phone - actually we can be certain the fualts are with either the mic or the phone side of the infotainment system Mike 2014 Facelift Discovery | ||
