which colour is this rrs?

agreed its gone through some photoshop but i have seen this colour out and about.

is it "orkney grey" ?

Difficult to say, could be one of the 'blacks' (Santorini/Java/Sumatra) or as you say Orkney Grey.

It's a black and white photo, how can you say what colour it is

Looks too dark for Orkney grey, or any other grey

My bets on one if the blacks or buck blue
