I think unless you are doing serious off road, or constantly towing, the cameras are hard to justify, albeit very cool.

Very useful when squeezing into or out of a very tight space, being able to see those blind areas before hearing the scraping of paintwork. |

I've included Vision Assist on the order for my SE where it gives powerfold mirrors, rear camera and the headlight thingy (which I've got on the Merc but never use).

Adaptive headlights and something else i cant recall (Xenon headlights unless they are standard HSE and above) The only thing with the cameras are the front wheel monitoring on tight car parks...but i adopt the be overly cautious approach Mike 2014 Facelift Discovery |

is adaptive headlights the thing that moves them left to right? that's excellent.

not got vision assist but i have High Beam assist and the rear camera option, HBA is so annoying (even on the great ozzie open roads) i have disabled it, I would suggest a rear camera option should suffice if it is a reasonable price, as it covers 99% of my parking requirements, if you need the other camera's then learn to reverse |

Adaptive, yes, think thats the left to right, seeing round corners thing. Not had a car with it on, so don't miss it, but I guess once you have one with it on, you realise how good it is, like the first time I got a car with xenons, I was Corner light is standard, agree, thats a brilliant invention. I've got adaptive lights on my TDV8 and to be honest it's not that noticeable. Cornering lights are much more effective. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

I wouldn't be without vision assist but I have a couple of tight places to get into and tow a hugh caravan from time to time. |
