Take the wheel off and push it out from the inside using something like a socket extension bar. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Just done this and used a thin bladed scew driver..popped out easily and not a mark on the alloys..took about 1min per wheel |

Because I didnt want the old ones,I just shoved the screw driver through the centre and twisted it out. |

Roll gaffer tape back on itself and use the tack to pull them out... |

Not 100% sure yet, You know what like, after replacing I remember for a wee while to check every time i go to my car but you soon forget and then boom another one vanishes! but, you then question if you just hadn't noticed and it's actually been gone a few days |
