So, after more than a week after I made payement (13/07/2012)
there's no shipment the grill and vents nor money return .

No contact from friday after ask for money back.

5+ Days to post - noting royal mail, seems still fair...hang on a little would be my suggestion Mike

as I've been on a training exercise in the brecons without access to the internet, which you were aware off.


There was an issue with UPS, who failed to collect on 3 occasions buyer was aware and had been forwarded the communication from UPS customer service.

Before i left i offered the the buyer an option of a refund or to wait until returned from exercise where i would rebook an alternate courier, his reply came after i had departed hence no action until today.
