2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Alaska White
Topix bulletins

Just looking through the topix site and entered my car details. It comes up with a couple of re-calls and service action bulletins. Ive listed them below, Its a 55plate hse

Should i be doing anything about them?

Recall Bulletins

P017v7 UK - Brake Vacuum Assistance System
A039V3UK - Left-Hand Front Brake Flexible Hose - Possible Foul Condition
A023 - Automatic transmission incorrectly manufactured

Service action Bulletins

Q045v3 UK Only - Rotary Coupler Wiring
A034/A036V6 UK - Vehicle Enhancement Program (not a clue what this is?)

never been to a dealer matey... well not that i know of. Read on the bulletin that deadline wa 2008 or have i got i wrong?

Yeah its been serviced. Ill have a look in the book. Not had it long. So if its been into LR then any bulletin work will have been carried out? Just not sure how this bulletin stuff works Embarassed Whistle

NOTE: This Service Action supersedes Service Actions B024, B025 and B027. Refer to
Service Alert SA06WA04 regarding the closing procedure where claim submission parameters
were specified for these three Service Actions. This Service Action is valid for two years only.
Repairs must be complete and Warranty Claims accepted for payment prior to the expiry date
of this Service Action on 05 June 2008.


Does this mean im to late if it hasnt been done then? had a look in the sercie maual and it has been into LR a few times for routine service but non of this is mentioned. Neutral

Gareth, nobody here can answer all your questions just like that. Its not that simple - you need to hook-up with the right LR tools in order to verify what has been done to your RRS.

Why are you not visiting any dealer to sort this out? I think we do have some friendly dealers here at the forum, don't we? Wink Malaysia Boleh!

It is extremely unlikely that your car has NOT had the enhancement programme applied, as this was effectively a recall done during a service.

Are all those items listed under "Outstanding campaigns"? Like this site? Buy some RRSPORT goodies to show your support!
