Tailgate Won't Open?!

Not the whole thing, just the window bit. I've tried pressing the release but it doesn't make any noise (as in solenoid) and it doesn't budge or open!

Is this something that has happened to anyone else? Any fixes other than taking it to a dealer?

you need a new tailgate switch by the sounds of it.. RRS gone
