| awd man Member Since: 30 Nov 2010 Location: Malmesbury Posts: 3355    | sometimes cooling fliud can contaminate the oil but the main reason for a flush is as per engine oil.... it starts to break down with age/heat and "bits" clog the filter from gearing wear.

| awd man Member Since: 30 Nov 2010 Location: Malmesbury Posts: 3355    | I was getting lumpy change downs, erratic gear selections ( unnecessary gear downshifts ) and what I can only describe as over revving on lower gears with no real torque surge till you put your foot down harder.
