My RR Sport S/C was booked in for 60k service with Rovertune in Reading last week for the first time. Serviced previously at a Main Dealer with the last one at another large Independent Land Rover Specialist in Berkshire.

Car was collected from home at the time agreed and returned in the evening. Rob (the owner) returned the vehicle and explained that he had rectified all of the niggling little faults I had advised. Drove the car to Manchester over the weekend and found he was true to his word.

From making the booking right through to the cars return I cannot fault them, very professional, polite and knowledgable.

Will certainly use them for all future servicing and repairs (have just booked the other half's Freelander 2 in for its 1st service with them today) and recommend them to others.

Always good to hear of a good garage

After having experienced some service issues and in one instance poor customer care, it is only right to express satisfaction when you find a company that certainly seems to go out of it's way to please.
