My £55k is a starting price as I mentioned and if I can sell at the right price (I have'nt advertised anywhere else yet) then great I'll order a new one. If not I'll keep my motor for a while longer.. I have come across this a lot on forums over the past 5 years and every single time without fail I have been told by forum members and dealers that I'm being ambitious and every single time I have sold within £1k of my original asking price... To someone who wants a car now that's nearly new and very well looked after at £54k ish then great. If not, no great shakes... 2017 MY - Dynamic, same again! 2016 MY - Dynamic - same spec again all round, engine a noticeable improvement 2015 HSE Dynamic - same spec as the last plus Meridian, Full Size Spare & InControl Apps HSE Dynamic 2014: Ebony / Lunar, Heated Mirrors, Privacy Glass, Heated Steering Wheel, Red Callipers, Interior Mood Lighting, Ebony Headlining, Panoramic Roof, Electric Towbar, Centre Console Fridge. Previously: 2011 RRS, Aston Martin V8 Vantage, Audi S5 Cab, RRS, Audi S4 Cab.

I fully agree it does lessen the market for me but I have never had a problem buying 1 year old for £50k + privately and there are people that do... just may take a little longer. I'm in a great position where there is absolutely no rush so when I advertise next week I'm not 'having' to sell. I sold my S5 Cab after 11 mths to a dealer for £1k more than I paid at factory order and sold my Aston Vantage for £2500 ore than I bought from Tom Hartley - to an Aston dealer! I have looked at cars for sale privately / with dealers and at Land Rover dealers and circa £54/55k is the going retail price - of course they get knocked down but if someone is interested they are always welcome to haggle.... 2017 MY - Dynamic, same again! 2016 MY - Dynamic - same spec again all round, engine a noticeable improvement 2015 HSE Dynamic - same spec as the last plus Meridian, Full Size Spare & InControl Apps HSE Dynamic 2014: Ebony / Lunar, Heated Mirrors, Privacy Glass, Heated Steering Wheel, Red Callipers, Interior Mood Lighting, Ebony Headlining, Panoramic Roof, Electric Towbar, Centre Console Fridge. Suggest you get yourself back to school mate your maths is a little off..... 55k minus 37k is 18k of a difference so yeah i know which one is buy l thought u knew how the car market worked, complete nothing to do with how much its lost since new nor what its original price is. The market is largely driven by new prices and availability / demand. Cap clean on a 61 plate 5k mile 3.0 HSE is 41,900, Retail 44,750 id say that the factory body kit and isn't worth an additional 10k+ of anyones money but if it is, get in touch as I've got a few AB body kits ill sell you for £9,995.00

Pea, going off what your 1st post says in the link, asking price 40k and the book price you mentioned 50k then to me thats a 10k difference No need to get shirty But you are right about forecourt prices, LPR were offering me a 3 month old car specced to my spec with 7000 miles on for £700 less than i bought mine for brand new.

Advise about the price maybe if they have asked for that, but not slate the price they are asking for it. I'd be surprised if there is many if any around with your spec cheaper than 54k i'd be very surprised
