Since I'm still away I've been thinking about the mrs car, she will be getting a brand new RRS next year, was supposed to be this year until I heard of autiobiography and optional extras When is the best time to order the car so it will get delivered on march 1st 2013?

Too early to tell on the changes fraser for 2013, i'm sure they will change something they usually do Your wife probably darn't drive your new motor Imagine the phone call to you if it went badly wrong before you've got the chance to even see it in the flesh. Ouch!

I have one more question, at the back of the car can I remove the tow bar cover on the autobiography? To connect a trailer and is the slots for the electrics already there?

Did you spec the tow bar electrics Fraser?
If not, you'll need to get them added. There will be a slot for the detachable tow bar, but the electrics are an optional extra, as is the tow bar itself. ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

I'd maybe ask your 'friendly' dealer to see if you can get it fitted at cost

2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
