| Ady 555 Site Moderator Member Since: 12 Dec 2010 Location: Good old yorkshire Posts: 8738      | Flappies have been an option from 2009 onwards but became standard from the 2012 model, if its in drive and you are setting off from standstill then you motor is setting off in 2nd gear, they all do, thats why you think its slow selecting the next gear, its actually changing up to 3rd not 2nd  due to the torque of these diesel engines.   | ||

(i personally dont like the dial and paddles) I checked in the dealers last week. The sc does not come with the 8 speed box. is yours diesel or petrol sc?

The dealer also tested it after the software downloaded and said its not right it's as if it's stuck in 1st and will not go into 2nd until revs ars higher. It wasn't behaving like this when it was new, ie 6mths ago? RRS | ||

I have been driving short distances of late and I never drive it like I would a supercharged....more like driving miss daisy! Strange they kept it in.
