Check the service history, get it inspected, check everything works (buy an owners manual on Ebay and use it as a check list) and do a deal. Anything dodgy haggle or walk away...

Its probably one of the cheapest on the market F, it looks a tidy motor and priced about right for someone who's wanting to get into RRS ownership, the miles might be a concern to some but not others, good luck if you put it up for sale

Cool, just come back from the driving range and got cursed with hdc errors, the old Christmas tree dash, as well a a major swing to the right, hate golf!!!!

Hdc error, transmission fault, lowering suspension, etc etc.

Anyway the Fantastic thing that is the web to the rescue, quickly realised I had intermittent brake lights, so out with the torch and me under the dash, no mean feet as I am a fat bastard

Anyways pulled the switch apart found a burnt contact, quick nail file and bingo, car fixed, cannot imagine what that could have cost, with a garage having the potential to make pretty much anything up.

Well chuffed, can now add, clean brake switch to the list of goodies the car has :
