I have visions of RRSBoy attaching a jump lead to his interior light and another to the gear stick, and plugging in a Kindle at the other end!!!

I've not known of anyone to do it, but if anyone has the determination to get to the bottom of it then it is RRSBoy!

No Beancounter, it was to RRSBoy. He has a very special spec with every option ticked bar carpet mats, so will have moving lines with the Surround Camera System.

2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black

I'd imagine that if it's just a software hack to "unlock" the moving yellow lines, than Wiggs would be the man to talk to. RRS gone

I got a very good TDV8 thanks to a very helpful salesman at LPR Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Laughing

yep my lines move.. nope I have no idea how you'd hack it to do that, but we did once hack the BT module to take a Blackberry that at the time wouldn't usually work (eventually a RIM update fixed that) so it's all possible!

Whistle

edit: actually now I think about it, we hacked the Blackberry software not the module Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter ============

This sort of stuff on the RRs saved on the Canbus? If so be good to get to exact models bar the camera options to read there Canbus and post here and see the difference, then determined some long coding tweaks will need to be applied?

@ rrsboy - when James said you had a new car, I thought an MY12, hence my comment about S/C Thumbs Up
Is the software the same in >MY10 as a MY12 as I was lead to believe they were different, different user interface etc Confused

@ awd man - I might try and see if Wiggs has had any success Thumbs Up ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 Autobiography Bali Blue

Hi Guys,

new to the forum.

I have a 2010 Autobiography, just reverse camera and I too have also found it daft that the reverse lines do not move- they may as well not even be there!

Anyone had any joy getting this activated?

I don't find the moving / bending lines especially useful or accurate. If that helps Confused L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso
RRS TDV6 HSE Lux (MY2011)... Nara Bronze / Arabica - now gone!
