MY13

The MY13 update is due out around October time and I wondered what changes/additions members would like to see on it.

On top of the options available for the MY12 my dream RRS would have the TDV8 4.4 litre diesel from the FFRR and Night View Assist like Mercedes, also a more user friendly Sat Nav with better coverage.

Please Landrover you know you can build it.

Remote closing of the powered boot, be it on the center console or remote control.
(.....and an update that would make it possible on MY12 )

Have you seen the MY12 Sat Nav, I'm lead to believe that is is more user friendly than previous incarnations ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

I think remote closing of the boot lid could bring up safety issues, so may not be an option ever. I know car boots can be remotely closed but the RRS lid is extremely heavy in comparison. I'm thinking of the lid closing on a child's head here, so not an option I would choose personally.

Glad the hear about the improved Sat Nav though.

Yup, £600 odd and its yours on MY12.
It does look VERY snazzy, sometimes I wish I'd spec'd it, but I know I wouldn't have used it ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

Panoramic roof......Audi BM Merc Porsche all have them... Come on RR.... they will probably site rigidity as an issue...
I guess the Evoque was designed form scratch with one..... but still????

+1 4.4TDV8 (pleeeease) +1 remote boot close... with safety sensor +1 head up disp.... just v cool

I got dual view for my g/f.... it works a treat....
She puts it on..... watches 5 minutes...... falls asleep........ Perfect !!! 2014.5 SDV6 AB Dynamic ... Fuji /Santorini Pan roof and 22's
