Be thankful the sensor has come on...sometimes the sensor on the side that hasn't worn as much won't come on at all, and even when you're down to metal on metal.....the sensor is tellin you you're close, so listen before its too late..... |

just have a look, my sensor fell out, bought new discs and pads and then relised they didnt need changing duh !! |

It won't re-set until you put a new cable on. But you don't need to hook it up to a machine or anything.

There'a only one sensor between both sides so no surprises the other one doesn't come on! I think the sliding caliper design is more prone to uneven wear across the two pads. The oposed piston design seems much better. Shame on LR for down spec'ing on the TDV8 from the Brembos. |
