JE produce either large oval (the same as MDPs car) or duals for the TDV6 in stainless.
I think they also produce "mock" tailpipes in large oval style with the down-turned exhaust existing out the bottow of the S/S oval.

probably a dorky question, but does putting the S/C exhaust on a diesel affect the engine/warranty in anyway?

Best people to ask are the dealer really. Asking in a way of 'I was thinking of.....' so as not to incriminate yourself.
