2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

Found 5 minutes to myself so here are the piccies

Wheels, Tyres and Arches cleaned with APC.

There was some very noticeable scratching on the corner of the bonnet which looks like it could have been a hose dragged over or similar but I could not leave it how it was, so....

and sorted

I applied a coat of Zaino Z-AIO (All In One) This is used to clean and condition the paint in preparation of the sealant products. It provides an excellent base for the Z-5 to bond too. I then applied 2 coats of Zaino Z-5 which had been ZFX'd - ZFX is an accelerator which speeds up the curing and bonding process meaning you can apply more than one coat and up to 3 coats of Z-5 in a day.

The flake on the RRS in the afternoon sun was pretty impressive to say the least!

Once the two coats of Z-5 had cured I took a few more pics.. (Rude not too!)

Once the Z-8 Grand Finale spray had been applied and the glass had been cleaned and exhausts polished as well as applying sealant to the wheels to make them easier to clean and a tyre dressing to the tyres it was time to take it out side for some final shots.

I really like the look of the tyre dressing its a water based product and you don't get the "fling" up the side of your car like some of the gel based products.

I of course made sure the roof gets the full protection treatment... i hear some people don't bother about roofs on RRS or other SUV's but I always make sure they get protected!

Rain most of way home . But gave it a clean today. The water just bounced off it. Dried it with my new cloth and gave it some Z-8. And back to how it was in pics. I'm one happy chap John. Think I got a man crush. Anyway mate thanks again. Everyone has to do this to there cars at some point and keep it up.

Zaino is the way to go guys and girls. I wish I had got more stuff now but I thought to myself I have loads of autoglym and I want to use it up. But washed car in half the time on Sunday after the Zaino treatment and dried it in about 10mins with new towel I bought from John. Ah well will have to do an order then.

What would be your ideas everyone on mud flaps. Should I or not. It does save the side of the car ? Please help.

imho mud flaps seem to give the car a lower look a more squat, solid presence and stance if anyone knows what I mean (or do i just need to get out more) - I'll be getting some on mine shortly.

As well as saving the car as you say I say go for it

That's one sweet looking motor afton

(and note the single post for the record......... ) Have i got the busted controller?!?!!?

I think the car looks better with if its a black car but any other colour and its a def NO.
