Last June my S2000 was rear ended by a motorcycle in Genova, Italy. It occured 16 month ago, and still not settled, a third party foreign claims handler is working on the claim on behalf of the insurance company. There is no personal injury Cr#p.
I have complained to the insurance and got my excess back as the foreign underwriterd apparently admitted liability in february but apparently my insurance company have not got the money yet. Now coming up to my second renewal since the claim, its really niggling as i am a years no claims down, with a pending accident, that should be cleared.
Im i unreasonable to expect in 16 month it should have been sorted?
Any advice how to get them moving. (breach of contract? not working on my behalf?)
