All u need is a bit of mild sandpaper, a tin of brake cleaner and a tin of calliper paint in the colour of yor choice, get them all off eBay or halfords but they a bit more expensive.   Take yor wheel off, clean the calliper with the cleaner, rub them down lightly, wipe them off and paint them, thin coats , put a few coats on to get them glossy.  It won't take long and is easy as cake!  Dun mine yellow.   | ||

 As Mrfixit said i painted the hubs too ... I got quite alot of overspray on the discs  but within 2/3 miles they were fine.
