When i finally find a suitable 2010my i am going to add the A/B kit straight away. Would the old bumpers, grills etc be worth anything, is their a market for standard parts such as the bits i will be stripping off?
Looking on ebay the buy it now prices on a standard 2010 black bumper is £250-£350! i realise a buy it now is meaningless if they are not selling but i am trying to reduce the expenditure of £3400 on the A/B kit!

Also i am not keen on the brown/tan wood kits on the newer models apart from the black looking one but i don't want this small detail stop a purchase. what is the cost of replacing the wood trims with the black one?

I think you may be better off keeping the standard kit and putting back to standard when you come to sell, I think you'd get a better return that way

I dont thank an A/B kit would decrease the value of the car Granted i may not get back the cost but i am sure there are many people that would rather buy an HSE with an A/B kit than standard. It is original OEM spec not after market.

yeh plenty of ppl buy bumpers! (wheels as well? ) i sold all stuff off my car over the years when i added things!
